Dining at The Elder
We start our food story with our producers: We use only ethical, sustainable producers from as local an area as possible. We know the farmers, the foragers and the fishermen. Our own Huntsman manages wild deer over lour own managed land within 40 miles, and all our venison is processed at our own larder. We even have our own kitchen garden, curated by our chefs.
We cook simply with care and love and never try too hard with our ingredients, letting them shine.
Working carefully with nature, The Elder is an amazing dining experience that takes the guest on a seasonal journey through the best of British ingredients.
Hospitality is at the core of what we do, with charming, knowledgeable staff who will look after you like you are family.
We offer an À la Carte and tasting menu every evening apart from Sunday when we have our famous Sunday Lunch available.
