Our commitment to using wild, sustainable ingredients remains at the core of our ethos. Our founder, Mike Robinson, is incredibly passionate about the subject and even owns an ethical venison company called Deer Box, which provides us with wild venison.

We source our fish from Cornwall’s Flying Fish, where only sustainable stocks are used and the selection changes daily. Our dairy, farmed meats, and vegetables come from carefully chosen British growers, with a focus on organic options whenever possible. We also insist on minimal plastic in our deliveries, we utilise reusable boxes for our fish and vegetables and our venison is packaged in recyclable cardboard and wool boxes.
