The Elder also ensures all produce is sourced ethically and sustainably using local suppliers.  We pride ourselves on simple cooking showing care and love with all ingredients, never trying too hard. Our own on-site butcher prepare the meat used in the restaurant on a daily basis to ensure it’s as fresh as possible. All this gives all dishes a simple yet unique and delicious flavour.
